Banana Bread Bites
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups Nutiva Coconut Flour (Gluten free and plenty of fiber)
3/4 cups PB 2
4 large brown bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond mink
1 pack of GG cracker crumbs *blend (this is optional added for extra fiber)
1 tsp baking powder
20 Truvia packets (equivalent to a little less than 1 cup of sugar)
Optional: dark chocolate chunks or Lilys dark chocolate chips or oats on top
