Everyone’s talking about Cauliflower pizza and Pietro’s version is unbelievably similar to thin crust! Lucky for us, there are 3 locations- two are in Philly and one is in Radnor. This cauliflower pizza doesn’t compare to the ones we’ve tried (Cali’flour crust, Trader Joes crust, Caulipower crust). This gluten free treat was a great alternative to overdoing the carbs. We also enjoyed their zucchini/eggplant balls, calamari and their pizza with spinach, pine nuts and pesto. We would happily go back to Pietro’s for all the pizza cravings.
